Shipping Policy

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, launches, or sales, this may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details where available. Please allow the full processing time plus the delivery estimate below before getting in touch about your order.

UK delivery

Standard delivery: £4.99, free on orders of £100 and over. Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery: £6.99. Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.

International delivery

We ship internationally.

European Union (all 27 EU countries): £14.99 per order, free on orders of £250 and over — estimated 7–14 working days

Ukraine: Nova Poshta delivery to a branch or parcel locker — ₴100 per order, free on orders of ₴1,000 and over. Orders to Ukraine are dispatched from our warehouse in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local delivery services.

Customs duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the EU are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. The product price and shipping fee do not include import VAT, customs duties, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier or customs authorities before delivery.

Please note that additional charges may apply depending on your destination country and the contents and value of your order.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs or handling fees. These charges are set by your local authorities or courier and are your responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order. Mad Tea Party cannot control or predict these charges.

If you refuse delivery or do not pay applicable customs charges, the parcel may be returned to us. Where this happens, we may refund the cost of the items once they are returned to us, less the original delivery charge and any reasonable return, customs, or courier charges we have incurred.

Delivery issues

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

If your parcel appears to be missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong place, please contact us as soon as possible at support.madteaparty@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or information. Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate it with the courier.
