Refund policy
We really hope you will be pleased with your purchases from our store; however, if something is not quite right, you have 14 days to return it, starting from the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, after that we will not be able to process your return.
As we are a small new independent brand, we cannot offer free returns. Feel free to choose the cheapest option for you.
We will only accept items which were unused, with all tags, in resellable condition. In case this condition fails, we will return an item by 2nd class postal service.
We work hard on ensuring that every item sent to you is in the highest quality with no manufacturer defects. However, the human factor is still present, and in case you receive a faulty item, it would be unfair from us to ask you to cover the cost of return. In such a case, prior to returning an item, kindly send us an email to support.madteaparty@gmail.com with images of faults and we will direct you from there. We aim to reply in 48h.
We can only take responsibility for returns which make it back to us. Kindly keep a postal receipt until we confirm that the return was received.
